Once RFQ5 is clearly saving your desk time, choose Desk or Desk Auto. We send a monthly invoice — pay by M-Pesa or bank.

Change it any month

Move up for a busy season, down when it quiets, or stop entirely. No lock-in, no penalty; your saved quotes stay exportable.

Pricing questions

How am I billed?: Monthly, by invoice from LeadAfrik. Pay by M-Pesa or bank transfer — there is no card on file and nothing charges you automatically. You can stop at the end of any month.
What counts as one quote?: One RFQ turned into one draft quote, however many lines it has. Re-drafting the same RFQ while you adjust it does not count again.
What if I go over my monthly quotes?: We tell you before you hit the limit and move you up a plan, or agree a top-up — we never silently cut you off mid-quote.
Is there a contract or setup fee?: No lock-in and no setup fee. The Pilot is free while we load your catalogue and make sure the matching is right for your stock.
Can I change or cancel plans?: Yes, any month. Move up when a busy season hits, down when it quiets, or stop entirely — your saved quotes stay available to export.
