Terms of Service

By using RFQ5 (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by Stephen Omukoko Okoth, trading as LeadAfrik, from Nairobi, Kenya. RFQ5 is a LeadAfrik business. These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and disputes will be heard by the courts of Kenya.

2. What RFQ5 does — and does not do

RFQ5 reads a request for quotation, matches its lines to a price list you provide, and drafts a priced quote for you to review. It is a drafting tool. It drafts; it does not send on its own — every quote leaves only when a person clicks to send it. RFQ5 prices lines solely from the price list you supply and does not invent, estimate or source prices from anywhere else.

3. Your responsibility for the quote

You are responsible for the price list you upload and for reviewing every quote before it is sent. A quote is a commercial commitment by you to your customer. RFQ5 surfaces matches, flags uncertainty and checks margin to help you review well, but the decision to send — and the accuracy of the numbers, which come from your own file — rests with you.

4. Free and paid use

The live desk is free to use on your own RFQs, provided as-is. Paid plans (see Pricing) are billed monthly by invoice in Kenyan shillings, per branch, and payable by M-Pesa or bank transfer. There is no lock-in; you may change or stop your plan at the end of any month. Fees already invoiced for a started month are non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise.

5. Your data

Your price list, RFQs and quotes are yours. We use them only to run the Service for you, as set out in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data or use your price list or quotes to train any model.

6. Acceptable use

Use RFQ5 for your own genuine quoting. Do not upload data you have no right to use, attempt to break or overload the Service, or resell access without our agreement. We may suspend an account that does, and the Privacy Policy still applies to data we hold.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep RFQ5 available and accurate, but it is provided without a warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for it in the three months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms and will note the date at the top. Continuing to use RFQ5 after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Questions? info@leadafrik.com.
